Why small weddings deserve a private chef
At an intimate wedding every guest is close to the table, and the food becomes part of the conversation. Instead of a catering package, you get a menu written for the two of you and a chef who cooks it in front of you, in the villa, chalet or estate where you are staying together.
The whole weekend, one menu story

Elopements and dinners for two to twelve
After an elopement or a small ceremony, I cook a tasting dinner for the two of you or for your closest family, on your terrace, in a mountain chalet or on a beach. Up to 12 guests I cook entirely alone, so the evening stays private.
Twenty to eighty guests
For a micro wedding I bring a small, hand-picked team and keep the same standard as a restaurant dinner: every plate cooked to order, wild and local ingredients, and dietary needs handled guest by guest.
Where couples ask for it
Intimate weddings suit villas in Mallorca, Ibiza and the Greek islands, chalets in Zermatt and the Alps, Lake Como and the Amalfi Coast, and estancias in Uruguay and Argentina. Travel is added to the quote, so anywhere is possible.

What is the smallest wedding you cook for?

Can you cook for the whole wedding weekend?
Yes. Welcome dinner, wedding meal, late-night food and brunch can all be planned as one menu.
Do you stay at the villa during the weekend?
If the villa has room for the chef it keeps costs and logistics simple. Otherwise accommodation nearby is added to the quote.
How is the date secured?
A date is locked when a deposit of at least 60 percent is received. Until then it is only a hold.
