Restaurant-quality dining in your residence
A private chef for apartments and houses in Palermo, Recoleta, Belgrano, San Isidro and Nordelta. I cook tasting dinners at home, long asados around the parrilla, and weddings at estancias outside the city.
Buenos Aires runs on grass-fed beef from the Pampas, so I work the parrilla with cuts like bife de chorizo, entraña and vacío, alongside provoleta, morcilla and a sharp chimichurri. I also cook whole vegetables in the embers and over an infiernillo, and finish with dulce de leche in lighter, modern desserts. Malbec, Torrontés and Argentine sparkling wine sit naturally beside it all.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Private chef in Buenos Aires: good to know
Can you run a proper asado with the parrilla, not just a barbecue?
Yes. Live fire is at the heart of my cooking, and I build the fire, manage the embers and serve the cuts in the right order, from achuras to the main cuts.
Do you also cook in San Isidro, Pilar and Nordelta?
Yes. Travel and accommodation are added to the quote, and I plan menus and shopping before I arrive.
Can the dinner start late, the way people eat in Buenos Aires?
Yes. I plan the evening around your timings, and a dinner that starts at ten is perfectly normal here.
Getting married in Buenos Aires?
I cook weddings at estancias in the Pampas, quintas in Pilar and San Isidro, and city rooftops, from an intimate dinner to 500 guests. See wedding catering in Buenos Aires.
