Restaurant-quality dining in your villa
I cook for villas in Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle, Gassin and Grimaud, and for guests staying above the beach of Pampelonne or around the Baie des Canebiers. Long lunches by the pool, tasting dinners on the terrace and weddings among the vineyards are what I cook most here.
Around Saint-Tropez I work with Mediterranean fish such as red mullet and sea bass, summer tomatoes, figs and basil for a pistou, and the olive oil of the Var. I cook lighter Provençal dishes over vine cuttings, pour Côtes de Provence rosé from the vineyards of the peninsula, and finish with my own take on the tarte tropézienne.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Yes, if the boat’s galley suits it. I plan a cold or simple lunch for the boat and keep dinner at the villa as the main event.

Yes. Travel and accommodation are added to the quote, and I plan menus and shopping before I arrive.
Can you avoid the summer traffic into town?
I shop early in the morning and plan deliveries before the roads fill up, so your dinner is never held up by the queue into Saint-Tropez.
