Restaurant-quality dining in your chalet
I cook for chalets in Lech, Oberlech, Zürs and Zug, with the Ski Arlberg slopes and the White Ring circuit right outside. Days here are spent in deep snow, so I bring breakfast early, après-ski food when you come in and a calm, polished dinner every night.
Vorarlberg makes some of the finest mountain cheese in Austria, Vorarlberger Bergkäse and Alpkäse, and they go into the region’s beloved Käsknöpfle with crisp onions. I cook them alongside whitefish from Lake Constance, Alpine game, the old Vorarlberg corn dish Riebel and wild herbs from the summer meadows, all with a lighter modern touch. Austrian wines like Grüner Veltliner and Blaufränkisch suit them well.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Private chef in Lech: good to know
Can you cook in Oberlech when the road is closed in winter?
Yes. Oberlech is reached by cable car in winter, so I plan shopping and deliveries around it with your chalet.
Can you take us foraging in Lech in summer?
Yes. In summer the meadows around Lech are full of wild herbs and flowers, and I can take you out and cook with what we find.
Do you also cook in St. Anton and Warth?
Yes. Travel and accommodation are added to the quote, and I plan menus and shopping before I arrive.
