Restaurant-quality dining in your villa
A private chef for villas in Dhërmi, Palasë, Drymades and Jale, on the stretch of coast below the Llogara pass. I cook long seafood lunches, fire-cooked dinners on the terrace and every meal of your stay.
The hills behind Dhërmi give me olive oil from old groves, wild oregano, sage and mountain tea, and lamb raised on the slopes around Llogara. From the sea come fresh fish and octopus, which I cook over wood with lemon and wild herbs, and mussels from the Butrint lagoon come up the coast from the south. Albanian red wine from Shesh i zi and a glass of grape raki close the night.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Private chef in Dhërmi: good to know
Do you cook in Palasë as well as Dhërmi?
Yes. Palasë sits just north of Dhërmi, and I cook in villas along the whole coast from Palasë to Jale.
Can you prepare food for a day at Gjipe beach?
Yes. Gjipe is reached on foot or by boat, so I prepare a cold spread that travels well and holds up in the heat.
How is a booking confirmed?
A date is locked when a deposit of at least 60 percent is received. Until then it is only a hold.
Getting married in Dhërmi?
I cook weddings at hillside villas, beach clubs and terraces looking over the Ionian Sea, from an intimate dinner to 500 guests. See wedding catering in Dhërmi.
