I cook in private homes and townhouses in Mayfair, Belgravia, Chelsea, Kensington, Notting Hill, Hampstead and out to Richmond. Restaurant-style tasting menus at your own table, birthday dinners and weekly cooking for busy households.
London lets me shop the best of Britain: Cornish fish, Colchester and West Mersea oysters, English asparagus in May, Yorkshire forced rhubarb in winter and farmhouse cheeses like Montgomery’s Cheddar and Colston Bassett Stilton. I cook them in a modern way, with smoke, ferments and wild garlic or elderflower when they are in season. English sparkling wine from Kent and Sussex makes a fine aperitif.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Restaurant at Home
A tasting menu of six to eight courses, cooked and plated in your kitchen, with wine or non-alcoholic pairings. For dinners of 6 to 12 guests.
Weekly cooking
Once a week I cook at your home: ten to twelve portioned meals, labelled and ready to reheat, made with the same produce.
Weddings and events
From an intimate dinner to 500 guests, with a hand-picked kitchen and service team and a drinks programme designed with the menu.

Can you cook in a small London kitchen?
Yes. I plan the menu around the kitchen I will be working in and do as much preparation as I can before I arrive.
Can you cook for a dinner party of 20 or more at home?
Yes. I cook alone for up to 12 guests, and for larger parties I bring a hired team.
Do you serve wine as well, or should we choose it?
You choose and supply the wine, and I am happy to suggest pairings for each course.
