Restaurant-quality dining in your villa
A private chef for villas in Vlorë, Radhimë and Orikum, and for boat days around the Karaburun peninsula. I cook seafood dinners on the bay, lunches on board and fire-cooked feasts in the olive country behind the coast.
Vlorë is olive country, and oil from the local Kalinjot olive is the backbone of my cooking here. I grill fresh fish and octopus from the bay over wood, roast mountain lamb from the hills toward Llogara with wild oregano and sage, and bring in mussels from the Butrint lagoon. Albanian whites from Shesh i bardhë and a glass of grape raki finish the meal.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Can you cook for a boat trip to Karaburun?
Yes, if the boat has a small galley or room for a cold kitchen. Many Karaburun coves are reached only by sea, so I prepare the menu ahead and finish it on board.
Do you also cook in Radhimë and Orikum?
Yes. Travel and accommodation are added to the quote, and I plan menus and shopping before I arrive.
Can you build a dinner around fish from the bay?
Yes. I buy what is landed locally and build the menu around it, from cured fish to whole fish cooked over wood.
