Restaurant-quality dining in your villa
I cook in villas in the Palmeraie and along the Route de l’Ourika, in riads inside the Medina and at camps in the Agafay desert. Long lunches by the pool, tasting dinners under the stars and every meal of a family stay.
Marrakech gives me a pantry I love: Medjool dates, argan oil, preserved lemons, saffron from Taliouine, and wild thyme and mint from the Atlas foothills. Tangia is the city’s own dish, slow-cooked in a clay urn in the embers of the hammam fire, and I cook in that spirit with lamb over coals, smoke and slow heat, served with restaurant precision. Mint tea, fresh juices and Moroccan wines from the Meknès region can all sit at the table.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Private chef in Marrakech: good to know
Can you cook inside a riad in the Medina?
Yes. Riad kitchens are often small, so I plan the menu around the space and have ingredients carried in through the lanes.
Do you cook traditional Moroccan food or your own style?
Both. I can serve a classic spread of salads, tagine and mechoui, or reinterpret Moroccan flavours in a tasting menu.
Can you cook at a camp in Agafay or up in the Atlas?
Yes. Cooking over fire suits a desert camp or a mountain terrace, and I plan the field kitchen with the camp or house.
Getting married in Marrakech?
I cook weddings at villas and estates in the Palmeraie, riads in the Medina, kasbahs in the Atlas foothills and desert camps in Agafay, from an intimate dinner to 500 guests. See wedding catering in Marrakech.
