I cook for residences and villas on The Pearl, in West Bay, Lusail and around Katara, and for evenings in the dunes by Khor Al Adaid. Tasting dinners, family meals for longer stays and large celebrations, always halal and alcohol-free.
Qatar’s table is built on the Gulf: hammour, safi and shrimp, alongside dates, saffron, cardamom and dried lime. I cook them over embers and smoke, with nods to machboos and harees made lighter and more modern. Karak tea, Arabic coffee with cardamom and my own date, mint and citrus infusions sit naturally beside the menu.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Yes. I plan a field kitchen over fire, with water, cold storage and transport arranged with your desert camp or tour operator.
Do you offer drink pairings without alcohol?
Yes. Every course can have its own pairing, from infusions and fresh juices to karak tea and Arabic coffee.
Can you cook for a big family gathering in a majlis?
Yes. Sharing dishes suit a majlis well, and with a hired team I can cook for gatherings of up to 500 guests.
