I cook for villas and country estates across Menorca, from Mahón and Es Castell to Ciutadella, Fornells and the coves of the south coast. Expect long tasting dinners on the terrace, every meal of your stay, and weddings among the stone walls of the island’s farmland.
Menorca gives me Mahón-Menorca cheese aged on the island’s farms, sobrassada, spiny lobster for a caldereta in the style of Fornells, and gin from Mahón for a cold pomada before dinner. I cook the lobster and the day’s rockfish over a wood fire, and finish plates with wild fennel and sea herbs from the island’s quiet paths.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Private chef in Menorca: good to know
Can you cook a lobster caldereta for our group?
Yes. When spiny lobster is in season I can make a lighter caldereta, cooked over fire, as one course or as the centre of a family-style lunch.
Do you cook in both Ciutadella and Mahón?
Yes. Travel and accommodation are added to the quote, and I plan menus and shopping before I arrive.
Is Menorca quieter than Ibiza for a villa stay?
Yes, generally. The island is calmer and more rural, so dinners tend to be long and relaxed at the villa rather than a prelude to a night out.
