A private chef for villa stays and weddings on Lake Como. I cook tasting dinners with lake and mountain ingredients, run the kitchen through your stay and cater weddings from a small dinner to several hundred guests.
The lake and the mountains behind it supply a lot: perch and other lake fish, mountain cheeses, wild herbs and mushrooms in season, and the wines of nearby Valtellina. I start with what is best that week and write the menu around it.
