Restaurant-quality dining in your villa
I cook for private villas across Mustique, above Britannia Bay, Macaroni Beach, Endeavour Bay and L’Ansecoy Bay. Tasting dinners on the terrace, picnics on the beach and every meal of a holiday stay, working alongside the villa’s own staff.
The Grenadines give me snapper, jackfish, tuna and spiny lobster, and St Vincent across the water grows breadfruit, dasheen, arrowroot and spice. I take cues from roasted breadfruit and fried jackfish, the national dish of St Vincent and the Grenadines, and cook them my way over embers and smoke. Anything else is planned ahead and brought in by boat or plane.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Restaurant at Home
A tasting menu of six to eight courses, cooked and plated in your kitchen, with wine or non-alcoholic pairings. For dinners of 6 to 12 guests.

From an intimate dinner to 500 guests, with a hand-picked kitchen and service team and a drinks programme designed with the menu.

Private chef in Mustique: good to know
Will you work alongside the villa’s own cook and staff?
Yes. Many villas on the island have their own team, and I am happy to share the kitchen and plan service with them.
How do fresh ingredients reach such a small island?
Fish comes from local fishermen, and the rest is ordered ahead from St Vincent and Barbados and arrives by boat or small plane.
Is getting to the island included in your quote?
Yes. Travel and accommodation are added to the quote, and I plan menus and shopping before I arrive.
