Restaurant-quality dining in your villa
I cook in waterfront villas and on yachts in Miami Beach, the Venetian Islands, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne and Bal Harbour. Bright, fresh lunches by the pool, sunset dinners on the bay and every meal of your stay.
South Florida gives me stone crab claws in the cooler months, yellowtail snapper, hogfish and spiny lobster, pink shrimp from the Keys, and mangoes, avocados and tropical fruit from Homestead and the Redland. The Cuban and Caribbean cooking of the city brings sour orange mojo, plantains and fresh herbs, which I use to make lighter, smoky dishes cooked over coals.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Private chef in Miami: good to know
Can you cook on a yacht for a day on Biscayne Bay?
Yes. I plan a menu that suits the galley and the sea, with chilled raw fish, salads and simple grilled dishes that travel well.
Can you cook lighter, healthy food for the whole stay?
Yes. Miami suits fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, and I can keep every meal light while still making dinners feel special.
Is it too hot to cook outdoors in summer?
Not if I plan for it. In summer I cook on the grill in the cooler evening hours and keep lunches cold and fresh.
Getting married in Miami?
I cook weddings at waterfront villas, private island homes and yachts on Biscayne Bay, from an intimate dinner to 500 guests. See wedding catering in Miami.
