Restaurant-quality dining in your residence
I cook in homes in Lisbon’s Príncipe Real, Lapa, Chiado and Alfama, and in villas in Cascais, Estoril, Quinta da Marinha and the hills of Sintra. Tasting dinners with a view over the Tagus, longer family residencies and weddings in the Sintra hills are what I cook most here.
Lisbon’s markets give me Atlantic fish, clams for a Bulhão Pato with garlic and coriander, goose barnacles from the rocky coast, salt cod and sardines for the grill in early summer. I serve creamy Azeitão cheese, pour wines from Colares, grown in sand on ungrafted vines near the sea, and finish with my own lighter take on the pastel de nata.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Can you cook in a Lisbon apartment with a small kitchen?
Yes. Many older Lisbon flats have compact kitchens, so I adapt the menu to the space and prepare what I can in advance so service stays calm.
Can you cook for us both in the city and at a villa in Cascais during the same trip?
Yes. Many guests split a stay between Lisbon and the coast, and I can follow you, planning shopping around both.
How is a booking confirmed?
A date is locked when a deposit of at least 60 percent is received. Until then it is only a hold.
