Restaurant-quality dining in your villa
I cook for villas across Providenciales, from Grace Bay and Leeward to Long Bay, Chalk Sound and Turtle Tail, and on yachts moored off the cays. Fresh conch at lunch, tasting dinners at sunset and every meal of a family stay.
Conch is the heart of the islands’ cooking, and I serve it raw as a sharp, lime-cured salad or crisp from the fire. Spiny lobster is in season from August to March, and snapper, grouper and mahi-mahi come in from the reef and the deep water. Most produce is flown in, so I plan the shopping before I arrive and bring it to life with lime, hot peppers and smoke.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Villa and chalet stays
Breakfast, lunch and dinner for the length of your stay, with the shopping, planning and kitchen taken care of.
Family and residencies
A private chef for your family for two weeks or a season, with menus for children, dietary needs and a weekly plan.
Restaurant at Home
A tasting menu of six to eight courses, cooked and plated in your kitchen, with wine or non-alcoholic pairings. For dinners of 6 to 12 guests.

Can you cook a picnic lunch on one of the cays?
Yes. A beach lunch on a cay can be cooked over fire, with the boat and permissions arranged through your charter company.
Is lobster available all year?
No. Spiny lobster is in season from August to March, so outside that time I build the menu around conch and reef fish.
How is a date confirmed?
A date is locked when a deposit of at least 60 percent is received. Until then it is only a hold.
