A private chef for villas in Cabo San Lucas, Pedregal, Palmilla and the Tourist Corridor, and up the coast in San José del Cabo and Todos Santos. I cook every meal of your stay, from fresh fish breakfasts to sunset tasting dinners.
The Sea of Cortez gives me yellowtail, dorado and tuna, and the famous chocolate clams, which I roast over fire in their shells. Organic farms around San José del Cabo and Todos Santos supply vegetables, herbs and chillies, and I pair the menus with wines from Baja’s Valle de Guadalupe. I keep the cooking bright and smoky, with citrus, char and raw fish at its best.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Can you cook the fish we catch on a fishing trip?
Yes. Bring it back and I prepare it the same day, raw, grilled or cured.
Which months are best to book a chef in Cabo?
Most guests come between October and June. Late summer is very hot and falls in the hurricane season.
Do you shop at the local farms and markets?
Yes. I buy from local farms and fishermen where I can, and plan the shopping before I arrive.
