A private chef for chalets in Levi, Ylläs, Saariselkä, Rovaniemi and around Lake Inari. I cook Arctic dinners after a day of skiing, husky rides or northern lights hunting, and every meal of your winter or summer stay.
Lapland has protected reindeer meat, Lapland almond potatoes, Arctic char and whitefish from clear lakes, and leipäjuusto, the squeaky bread cheese served with cloudberry jam. I forage bilberries, lingonberries and mushrooms in late summer, smoke fish over birch and cook reindeer over fire.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Can you cook for us over Christmas in Lapland?
Yes. I plan a festive menu with local reindeer, fish and berries, and cook every meal of the holiday if you wish.
Can you cook in the cold, out in the snow?
Yes. I can cook over fire outdoors, then bring the main part of the dinner inside to keep it warm.
Do you cook in Inari and Saariselkä as well as Levi?
Yes. Travel and accommodation are added to the quote, and I plan menus and shopping before I arrive.
