Restaurant-quality dining in your chalet
I cook in chalets across Gstaad, Saanen, Schönried, Saanenmöser and the quiet valleys of Lauenen and Turbach. Winter means long chalet dinners after a day on the Eggli or the Wispile, and summer brings terrace lunches and celebrations under the peaks.
The Saanenland is cheese country: Berner Hobelkäse shaved paper thin, Gruyère, and L’Etivaz from the pastures next door, still made over a wood fire in alpine huts each summer. I pair them with char and perch from the Swiss lakes and wild mushrooms from the forests, cooked lightly with fire and smoke, and pour Chasselas from Lavaux or Petite Arvine from the Valais.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

A tasting menu of six to eight courses, cooked and plated in your kitchen, with wine or non-alcoholic pairings. For dinners of 6 to 12 guests.

Do you cook for long stays over Christmas and New Year?
Yes. I can cook every meal over the festive weeks. These dates fill first, so write as soon as you know them.
Do you also cook in Rougemont, Lauenen or Zweisimmen?
Yes. Travel and accommodation are added to the quote, and I plan menus and shopping before I arrive.
Do you need a deposit to secure our dates?
A date is locked when a deposit of at least 60 percent is received. Until then it is only a hold.
