Restaurant-quality dining in your villa
A private chef for villas and houses on the Tulum beach road, in Aldea Zamá and La Veleta, and along the coast at Soliman Bay, Tankah and Akumal. I cook Yucatán flavours with fire and smoke, from breakfast by the pool to tasting dinners in the jungle.
The Yucatán pantry gives me achiote and recado rojo, sour orange, habanero and chaya, and the classic cochinita pibil cooked slowly underground. I grill local snapper and grouper tikin xik style in banana leaf, make ceviche from the morning catch, and cook spiny lobster when it is in season. I keep the food fresh and light for the heat, with smoke and char for depth.
I have spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens, as Sous Chef of R&D in the Noma group and Head Chef at Kokkeriet, and I bring that standard to every table I cook for. My story.

Can you cook on the beach road where power is limited?
Yes. I check the kitchen, gas and power before I arrive and plan the menu around what the villa has.
Do you cook traditional Yucatán dishes like cochinita pibil?
Yes. I cook the classics with care, and I also make lighter, modern dishes from the same ingredients.
Will you also cook for us in Akumal or Playa del Carmen?
Yes. Travel and accommodation are added to the quote, and I plan menus and shopping before I arrive.
